Business reports in GA4 are very useful and can be viewed in multiple ways depending on your preference.  These are available via Admin > General > Business Reports

Within the business reports section, you have three sections for different reports;

  • Sales
  • Expense
  • Stock

All of the reports can be sorted by a from and to date or by using the selection options which gives you the following choices;

Today
Yesterday
This Week
Last Week
This Month
Last Month
This Quarter
Last Quarter
This YTD
Last YTD
This Year
Last Year
This Financial

Year

Also within the main report selection screen, you have the ability to group your searches as well, see the screenshots below. When the grouping option is yellow with a red down arrow you can change the grouping option to meet your requirements.

You have three options on how you want to view your reports;

  • Print
  • Save PDF
  • Preview
Please note that if you have difficulty using the preview button please check that you have Adobe Reader installed, if not you will need to download and install to use this feature.
If using on a MAC and having difficulties seeing the preview, this will be because no printer has been set up in GA4. Setup your printer via the File > Print Setup.
