Print preview is not displaying a document

If print preview does not display anything, or shows a file download dialog box and you are using Windows 7 with Internet Explorer 9, please ensure adobe reader is up to date.

As of Version 3.033 of GA3, we changed print preview so it saves a temporary PDF file and opens this directly in GA3.  It now uses Internet Explorer's framework for viewing the PDF.

Old version of Adobe PDF Reader had issues with Internet Explorer 9 since they were created prior to its release, however,  Adobe have since rectified this in their updates.
