Adding Alerts or Notices

On a document, customer profile or vehicle profile (each have varied but simple options), look in the very top middle of the screen and you will see a "notice" button.

Click this and you are given options to create a notice of your own choosing / description, along with a drop down for "Display:" this refers to when it triggers to open, with various options depending on the context.

i.e, 
Open a vehilce profile
Click on Notice
Click on Add Veh Notice
Choose whatever you want it classified as, urgent, general etc (this doesn't do anything but for your reference)
Type in a description for the notice
Then choose Display: When adding to doc.
There's no save button, it auto-saves, simply click the red X to dismiss

Now, if you create a new document and add the reg, you will get the notice popup and the notice button along the top will highlight in red to signify one is set.  So long as this is not discarded, it will continue to show each time that vehicle is added to documents.
